parcel is signed for upon delivery.

INSURANCE:
Insurance is advisable from your Carrier for VALUABLE ITEMS and is
inexpensive. Customers requesting return shipments insured, please
advise.

PACKING INFORMATION:
Please pack carefully in a good sturdy box.
Use bubble wrap around delicate items and fill with packing peanuts.  
SMALL PARTS should be placed inside an envelope and labeled.
Enclose a packing list and instructions.

PACKING ASSISTANCE:
Mail Boxes Etc., the UPS Store, Box Bros, etc. will pack odd shaped items
(Trays, Candelabras, etc) for a small fee.  It's easy and hassle free.
AFTER YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES:
Packages are opened, items are inspected, a detailed estimate of
repairs/replating is written, customer is contacted for approval before any
work is performed.

PAYMENT:
Major credit cards, personal checks.  

RETURN SHIPPING:
Customer pays RETURN POSTAGE/SHIPPING.
*Large TRAYS require special shipping box ($8).

COMPANY POLICY:
Friedman Silversmiths will return all shipments 'Signature Confirmation',
unless specified otherwise by customer.
