UPS, USPS (Priority ONLY!), FedEx...for packages under 1-2 pounds USPS is less expensive and fast. FedEx and UPS Ground service is 1-5 business days, depending on distance. All these carriers can give you estimates on the internet. INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE REQUIRED? Insurance is advisable for valuable items and is not expensive to purchase. If you request, we will insure your package when we return ship. Signature Required: If you would like additional 'security' for your package, request 'signature required' for both delivery to Friedman and when we ship back to you. PACKING INFORMATION: Please be sure to pack carefully in a good sturdy box. Use bubble wrap around delicate items and fill with packing peanuts. Newsprint is good to wrap and secure items. Small parts should be placed inside a baggie or envelope and mark it 'small parts'. *** ENCLOSE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, E-MAIL, AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU HAVE ENCLOSED, INSIDE YOUR BOX *** AFTER YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES: After your package arrives, your items will be closely inspected and a final estimate will be written up. We will contact you by e-mail to confirm the estimate and will ask for your credit card information to have 'on file' for return shipment back to you. On the DAY we ship back to you, we will charge your card. NOTE: Does Friedman pay for shipping? No. We will charge you for return shipping on your final invoice. |
