Enclose a packing list and instructions. INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND RETURN ADDRESS. PACKING ASSISTANCE: Mail Boxes Etc., the UPS Store, Box Bros, etc. will pack odd shaped items (Trays, Candelabras, etc) for a small fee. It's easy and hassle free. AFTER YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES: Packages are opened, items are inspected, a detailed estimate of repairs/replating is written, and the customer is then contacted for approval before any work is performed. PAYMENT: Major credit cards, personal checks. RETURN SHIPPING: Customer pays RETURN POSTAGE/SHIPPING. *Large TRAYS require special shipping box ($8).
