Thanks so much for an excellent job.  We are very pleased with the results.
The silver plated items look brand new.  We shall be sending you some more
items to be silver plated.  We have one item that states on reverse side
sterling" does this mean it is not silver plated?
I get confused about this.  Anyway we will send that item along and you can
let us know what can be done.  Also we have a small demi-tasse spoon that
belongs to our daughter.  It was caught in the garbage disposal years back,
it  needs to be smoothed out or whatever can be done.
You'll be getting another package from us soon.

the knife came today and it is lovely.  You did a wonderful job replacing the blade.  We have another small
sterling pot - it was probably a syrup or cream picketer - it has a lid and the hinge is broken.  Could you take

Dave - WOW!!!!  Today I received our "new" silverware. The knives are absolutely breath taking - the spoons
are sparkling. What a master craftsman you are!  My expectations were high, but you far exceeded them in
the repair of these shabby pieces. As I held the pieces in my hands, my thoughts went to my grandmother
who was probably in her early thirties in 1914 when she bought this silverware. Thank you for memories
unfolding as I imagined her using these pieces so long ago. From time to time expect more pieces of this
set for restoration. I'm already seeing them on the Thanksgiving table next fall. Thank you again...we are so

I just received my refinished silverplate flatware pieces today.   They are absolutely gorgeous... and far
exceeded my expectations.  Thank you!!  Feel free to use me as a reference.  As soon as I can afford it, I'll
send more pieces your way.  So.. now I'm curious.   Do I care for these exactly the way I would care for
original silver plate?  I generally don't use a dishwasher, but is the occasional run thru a washer ok? Or

The package arrived Tuesday (I wasn’t home the day before when FedEx tried to deliver it).  And, as usual, I
was absolutely delighted with the repairs!  The brushes and buffer are beautiful!
This afternoon I got out all the dressing table pieces and they look wonderful.  There are so many that I won’
t lay them all out together, but I will find some way to be able to enjoy them daily.  They do look nice on the
dark mahogany dresser and dressing table.  (I think I was smart to not send you the duplicates to repair.  
Even I don’t need multiple finger nail files and cuticle ‘things.’)
Thank you so much.  You do beautiful work.  I don’t believe I have more silver that needs repair, but,
needless to say, I will certainly send it to you if I do have any.

Hey Dave, how are you?  a few months back we sent you a martini shaker from the Peninsula Hotel in
Beverly Hills.  You fixed it beautifully.  I just sent you another one identical to the first one.  You should have
it in a couple days.  Let me know when you get it please.  I know you get very busy, but we've been so crazy
at the hotel we can't survive on the one shaker we're currently using.  Could you please rush it as soon as

The package of repaired silver arrived a short time ago, and I eagerly opened it to see it.  It is as you
promised, looking like a jewel.  I had forgotten that my sterling looked so great.
And I am especially pleased with the antique gravy ladle with the gold bowl.  It is absolutely beautiful.  I had
never seen it with the gold ladle.  I shall cherish it until it is time to pass it on to my family.

The flugel arrived safely, and I am very pleased with your work.  Your masking is excellent; the casings,
slides, and water keys required very little attention for a perfect fit, and all threads were open and clean.  
Silver deposition looks very even, with no shadows and plenty of thickness.  Gold coloration on the trim is
perfect.  Bell interior came out fine - I just lightly scuffed the deepest section to a matte finish, and it looks
great.  I'll definitely be sending you more work in the future!  Thanks much,  G.

I've been so busy this week, I forgot to let you know yesterday that your package arrived safely. Thank you
SO MUCH for the beautiful work you did on my basket.   It almost took my breath away when I opened it and
gently ifted it out.  It never looked so beautiful. How do you recommend I maintain the finish?  It reminds me
of the soft silver chalices and other altar finery that we use at my church.  Old silver has such a lovely
